This return and refund policy indicates the terms of eligibility for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online and in person sales.

We understand that you might change your mind about your purchase. As such, you can return any item ordered within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day window starts on the day you receive the item at your delivery location.
To notify us of your intent to return, please contact our customer support team through email.
Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 30 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us.
You do not have to provide any reason for the return. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason for your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
Holiday Return Schedule
If you buy items between November 22nd and January 17 you have 45 days to return items due to the holidays, we understand that things can be delayed so we like to offer extra time to accomodate everyone's holiday schedules and family time.
Unfortunately we can not accept custom items for return or refund. If you have any questions regarding this please feel free to email us.
For all orders you will have to cover the price of the return.
If you return your order within the return window mentioned above (30 days after you receive the item), we will refund your order using your original method of payment.
Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within 30 days of when we receive your item. Your wait time may be longer if we haven’t received the item back from you.
The refund will cover the original amount that you paid for the item plus wha you paid for the original shipping cost and taxes.
